I am not kidding.
This has been an obsession since I was in elementary school. What got me started was my mom was in advertising. Need I say more? I would pour over old ad sheets and cut out fonts I liked. Back in the late 70s I learned to do typesetting in my Library's media room, way before computers were involved.
Computers just helped it along. Scrapbooking perpetuated it even further. My collection hovers around 20,000+. You should see my face when I see a new font. My eyes get very big and almost glaze over. I am known to squeal with delight. Unashamedly. Here are a few of my favorites:
