Up until 2 weeks ago I had never been in a Big Lots before. Since then I have been to EIGHT of them scouring for Scrapbooking goodies. It was fun while it lasted but I am probably done for now, unless I hear of some fantabulous find but we'll see :-)
My newest acquisition is a Portable Craft Table for $20. Yippee! Such a great deal that was org. priced at $88. It is really nifty.
Here are the specs from the box:
- Roomy 32x24 Work Surface
- Handy tray that can be attached to either side
- Built in UL Approved 3 outlet power strip
- Removable flower container & water cup
- Removable Ribbon dispenser
- Attached Ruler
- Metal legs & Powder Coat Finish
- Legs fold up and tray folds down
What do you think? :-) The size may seem a bit small but its perfect for me as a portable table because I work from kits. I'll let you know how it works out after I use it for the first time.
I also found some pop up shower totes for $2 that I use as a trash or scraps bin when I go to crops. I hang it from my Tag-Along. I have been looking for these to use as RAK or gifts for a long time since I purchased the orginal at Michael's several years ago. I am always asked where I got these from. It is a perfect size too, just 8" x12". When you close it it folds into a disk just 1/4" thick. Talk about portability.
You know what? It's Christmas in August! I want to RAK some white ones on Tues. Here's the deal: at 12pm PST Tuesday I will pull three names from all the comments on this post. Then you can have one of your very own! :-)
