Yikes! Bad, Bad Blogger!
I didn't realize it's been a few weeks since I posted something on here. I have been busy doing stuff to blog about, but the downside to that is I haven't had time to BLOG them! :-) Oh well :-) Okay, let me do a quick summary of what I have been doing. Some of these items warrant a more elaborate post so I'll be doing that within the next couple of weeks.
1) Reorganizing my ALL of my Scrapbooking Supplies. Not that I have ever stopped doing this for the past 10 years, but I have really come up with some awesome and practical ideas that I am executing. Organizing is what I love to do so this is both fun and fulfilling for me for me. I will post pics and ideas here when I am done.
2) I got a flu shot. From my regular doctor. Oh yeah, real exciting right? but It's a big step for me. I'll explain more later.
3) I made plans to spend Thanksgiving in Hawaii. The weird thing is that Johnny won't be able to come with us because he can't take off of work. The bright note is that we are able to stay a few days longer because the kitties won't be alone. BTW, since I had some travel vouchers to use, our round trip tickets cost us a total of only $21.40 and 30,000 miles. TOTAL. For the 2 of us. Yes, I know, you are jealous ;-)
4) Reorganizing my Computer files. Including a new system for all of my digital photos. It is a PITA but completely necessary. Most people don't think about it, but you need to do periodic "check ups" of your computer just like you do with your car. I am always astonished when people complain "my computer is sooooo slow" and when I ask "when was the last time you did a defrag?" the usual answer is a blank stare! :-)
5) I took an Energy Medicine class with Donna Eden. Two words: Completely AMAZING! More on the entire experience later.
6) Sent off a couple of Circle Journals. So much fun :-) Another is going out on Monday :-)
7) Sent off more than a few Scrapbooking RAKS. One of my most favorite things to do in the world.
8) FINALLY started listing some stuff on eBay. Next up, posting stuff on Freecycle. Anyone need a Phantom Vacuum or Uniden Cordless Phone/Digital Answering Machine? :-)
Carry On :-)
