Aloha Everyone!! This is my first official post for my new food blog that I have been wanting to do for a while. I will be transferring all previous food posts from my "I am me" blog.
What can you expect from my new blog? At least weekly posts and/or photos on anything food related: recipes, where we eat, what we eat, food trivia, etc. For example this inaugural post is about my breakfast two days ago.......
My Wholefoods Breakfast
Since I have come down with the digestion "issue" in 2007 there is every little that I can eat in terms of food types or quantity so I have to get a bit creative for meals. Today my wonderful breakfast consisted of items that I got from Wholefoods:
Tuscan Wafer Crispbread Minis
Boursin Light Garlic Herb Cheese

and my ABSOLUTE fave Greek Mixed Olives from the Olive Bar

Tada! and here's breakfast!
The olives were amazing as usual, even if they aren't pitted. The Boursin was very good for being a light cheese. If you have not had it before its basically just like cream cheese. You can easily make it yourself with fresh garlic & herbs and it will taste much better and brighter than the premade product.
The crackers were delicious and flavored with rosemary, but after putting the cheese on them the centers became a bit "soggy" I wouldn't reccomend these crackers for any wet toppings or soft cheese if they will sit for more than 5-7 minutes. Still, all in all a cute and satisfying breakfast for me.
